Our Environmental Footprint:
We have saved rejected Carrot tops used as animal fodder and perfectly suitable for human consumption from getting thrown away by working with 2 farms in Chaksu, Jaipur rather than having them go to waste. We use these rejected Carrot tops to make the Pesto.
Ingredients
Carrot top (40%), Coriander (13%), Peanuts (13%), Cashew (13%), Rice bran oil (7%), Nutritional yeast, White vinegar, Moringa powder, Garlic, Lemon juice, Black pepper powder, Non-iodized sea salt, Ascorbic acid.

Please use a clean spoon when serving your Pesto to avoid contamination.
Pesto naturally darkens when it comes into contact with oxygen, so cover with a little olive oil each time you use it.
